Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge Agentic AI frameworks and Large Language Model (LLM) architectures.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy to ensure real-time performance in high-stakes environments.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical AI solutions.
- Research and prototype emerging technologies, including reinforcement learning and multimodal AI.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and ethical compliance of all deployed AI models.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models into production environments.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
