Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning pipelines for production environments.
- Strategic Research: Lead research initiatives focused on the latest advancements in AI, specifically targeting LLM optimization and multimodal learning.
- System Optimization: Enhance model inference speed and reduce latency using techniques such as quantization, distillation, and edge computing integration.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation strategies, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Modeling: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
