We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Engineer to join Nexus Horizon AI and lead the next generation of our generative AI platform. Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune advanced generative AI models using transformer architectures and deep learning frameworks.
- System Architecture: Build scalable, high-performance inference pipelines that handle high concurrency and low latency.
- Optimization: Apply techniques such as quantization, pruning, and distillation to optimize model performance and reduce deployment costs.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to define feature requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and evaluate their potential for integration into our product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying ML models in production.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of NLP and deep learning principles.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize code for performance and scalability.
