Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop transparency protocols for explainable AI (XAI) implementations
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Research emerging regulatory trends and translate compliance requirements into technical standards
- Mentor junior engineers on ethical AI development methodologies
- Author impact assessments for high-stakes AI applications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven expertise in AI fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Strong understanding of EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment in regulated environments
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology (preferred)
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch
