Your Mission:
To design, prototype, and deploy the neural architectures that will power our clients' success in the coming decade.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance AI systems designed to meet the rigorous demands of the 2026 technological landscape.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our future products, focusing on generative AI, quantum computing integration, and edge computing.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead the creation of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for experimental technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and industry experts to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 4 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems. Familiarity with quantum computing libraries is highly desirable.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading technical strategy and making high-level architectural decisions that drive business growth.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve unstructured problems and innovate under pressure.
