Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap with measurable impact milestones
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI ethics frameworks) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and market research teams
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, or sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with tech focus
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 major technology strategy implementations
- Global mindset with experience in cross-cultural innovation ecosystems
