Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems capable of handling millions of concurrent requests.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including neural interfaces and edge computing.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate complex technical concepts and drive strategic decision-making.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI or Machine Learning.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD is a plus).
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical products from concept to market launch.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, data privacy regulations, and responsible innovation practices.
