Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Vision: Create and communicate a comprehensive strategic roadmap for AI integration and future tech adoption across the organization.
- Lead Cross-Functional Innovation: Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate high-level concepts into executable technical strategies.
- Pilot Advanced Technologies: Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Large Language Models, Neural Interfaces) to assess viability for 2026.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust technical architectures that can scale to meet the demands of our projected user base.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and investors to secure buy-in and funding.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Distributed Systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into business value.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
