Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 R&D Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for future AI capabilities, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and ethical AI implementation.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the development of distributed AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Quantum-Ready Development: Collaborate with quantum computing experts to develop algorithms that transition seamlessly from classical to quantum processing.
- Prototype Advanced Models: Build and train cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agents for real-world applications.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into deployable software.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict privacy, bias, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading technical strategy and roadmap planning for high-impact products.
- Emerging Tech: Experience or strong interest in Quantum Computing, Federated Learning, or Neuromorphic Engineering.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
