Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define and execute the technical strategy and roadmap for our AI systems leading up to 2026.
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- System Scalability: Architect high-availability, low-latency systems capable of handling millions of concurrent data streams.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate cutting-edge advancements into our core products.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database design.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading technical initiatives from conception to production.
