Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale deep learning models for next-generation AI products.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate complex AI solutions into real-world applications.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure ethical AI standards and mitigate biases in model outputs.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready machine learning models.
