Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the research and development of proprietary AI models designed to outperform current benchmarks by 2026.
- System Design: Architect end-to-end machine learning pipelines, ensuring high scalability, fault tolerance, and real-time processing capabilities.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define long-term technical strategies that align with global market trends.
- Model Optimization: Optimize existing models for reduced latency and increased inference speed using advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ethical Compliance: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to the highest standards of fairness, transparency, and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, SageMaker).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-volume environments.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical vision from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
