The Role
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing the architectural framework for our flagship AI products. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, ensuring our solutions are robust, efficient, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures for large-scale data processing and model training.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives focused on Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Large Language Models.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment, fine-tuning, and optimization of deep learning models to ensure real-time performance.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for our AI initiatives leading up to the Vision 2026 release.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations and documentation.
- Agile: Experience working in agile/Scrum development environments.
