We are looking for someone who doesn't just predict the future but actively engineers it. You will collaborate with C-suite executives and engineering teams to bridge the gap between today's capabilities and tomorrow's breakthroughs.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the company's technology vision for the Year 2026, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate strategic vision into actionable product and engineering roadmaps.
- Assess risks and feasibility of long-term technology investments and present findings to the board of directors.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of forecasting long-term industry trends and influencing executive decision-making.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential applications in the enterprise sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
