Key Responsibilities
As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will:
- Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models and algorithms optimized for high-scale production environments.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging AI paradigms, focusing on Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into core products.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, model fairness, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
We are looking for a visionary thinker with a proven track record. You must:
- Hold a Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Have extensive experience with MLOps tools, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
- Show a passion for the latest AI trends and a commitment to staying ahead of the curve.
