Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead research in quantum machine learning algorithms to solve complex computational challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI solutions in real-time production environments
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for model validation and ethical AI deployment

Qualifications
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven track record of deploying production ML systems serving >1M users
- Strong background in neural network optimization and quantum computing fundamentals
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and CI/CD pipelines for ML

- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences or equivalent impact
