Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of advanced deep learning models, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Optimize neural network performance for high-throughput, low-latency inference environments.
- Design and implement novel algorithms to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Mentor junior engineers and research scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research insights into consumer-facing features.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and maintain high standards for model accuracy and robustness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, transformers, and optimization techniques.
- Proven experience deploying ML models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
