Responsibilities

- Define technical roadmaps for future-proofing our infrastructure against emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into scalable, production-ready code.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive research into AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) trends and predictive modeling.
- Optimize hardware-software interfaces to maximize computational efficiency.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices and data privacy standards in all architectural decisions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
