Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI algorithms to solve complex optimization problems.
- Lead the architectural roadmap for our machine learning infrastructure, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready software.
- Optimize deep neural networks for deployment on edge devices and quantum processors.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data governance, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate breakthrough technologies into our product suite.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML architecture and software engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and stochastic processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact technical projects on time and within budget.
