Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for complex optimization and machine learning tasks.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on the integration of neural networks with emerging quantum processors.
- Optimize existing AI models to ensure seamless interoperability with next-generation hardware.
- Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate theoretical research into scalable, production-ready solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed machine learning models.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane).
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics fundamentals.
