Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-AI Solutions: Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms capable of solving complex optimization problems in real-time.
- Research Leadership: Lead high-impact research initiatives aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap, publishing findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML).
- Model Training & Optimization: Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to function efficiently on near-term quantum processors.
- Prototype Development: Build and deploy proof-of-concept prototypes that bridge the gap between theoretical physics and applied software engineering.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate research into market-ready products.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- AI Proficiency: Deep understanding of Machine Learning architectures, specifically Transformers and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in AI/ML research or development.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions for unstructured data environments.
