- Mentorship: Guide junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous scientific inquiry.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning research, specifically in NLP or Computer Vision.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed training frameworks (Ray, Spark).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unsolved problems in AI reasoning and generalization.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and the academic community.
