Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale datasets.
- Lead research initiatives focused on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Neural Networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI models into consumer products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to open-source communities.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience deploying ML models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated track record of innovation and problem-solving in a fast-paced startup environment.
