Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal architectures tailored for 2026 standards.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs by 40% through aggressive pruning and quantization.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate abstract research concepts into deployable, scalable software solutions.
- Establish and enforce rigorous AI safety and ethical guidelines to prevent bias and hallucinations in production environments.
- Conduct white-hat adversarial testing on proprietary systems to identify and patch vulnerabilities before launch.
- Manage a team of junior researchers and engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance on advanced algorithmic strategies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Computational Neuroscience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in building production-level AI systems, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
