Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of proprietary AI models targeting 2026 deployment standards.
- Design scalable neural network architectures capable of handling complex, real-time data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Optimize existing algorithms for improved efficiency, accuracy, and reduced computational costs.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI systems to ensure robustness and safety.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the organization.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning and machine learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to publish research and drive innovation in AI methodologies.
