Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum AI, neural interfaces, and sustainable energy systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype breakthrough solutions for climate resilience and personalized medicine
- Forecast market disruptions using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Secure $50M+ in grants from DARPA, NSF, and private foundations for frontier tech initiatives
- Present findings to C-suite executives and congressional tech policy committees
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging fields like synthetic biology and quantum cryptography
- Patent at least 3 novel methodologies annually in emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Biotechnology with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations in future tech domains
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Global network of VCs, policymakers, and academic institutions
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized technologies impacting 1M+ users
- Security clearance for classified innovation projects (preferred)
