Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy to ensure production-grade performance at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers to translate research into practical applications.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present findings at top-tier conferences.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, ethics, and responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in research or applied machine learning roles, with a strong publication record.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, transformer models, and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
