Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning algorithms and models focused on scalability and efficiency for the 2026 tech stack.
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures to solve unsolved problems in natural language processing and computer vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to translate theoretical research into deployable solutions.
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and performance optimization of AI models in production environments.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in research roles within the AI/ML industry.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of publishing in reputable peer-reviewed journals or conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, etc.).
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, optimization techniques, and large-scale distributed computing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
