Responsibilities
- Architect Core Models: Design and implement cutting-edge neural network architectures specifically tailored for the Project 2026 framework.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D efforts in large language models, reinforcement learning, and multimodal learning.
- Optimization: Push the boundaries of model efficiency, reducing latency and computational costs without sacrificing accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with software engineering, product management, and data science teams to translate research into scalable production systems.
- Data Strategy: Develop novel data pipelines and curation strategies to train more robust and unbiased models.
- Knowledge Sharing: Publish high-impact research papers and present technical findings to the global AI community.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research and engineering.
- Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Mathematical Maturity: Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, probability theory, and statistical inference.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, open-ended problems and derive innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in technical documentation and public speaking.
