Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning models for autonomous systems.
- Optimize neural networks for real-time inference on edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate abstract concepts into production-ready software.
- Conduct research to identify new methodologies in reinforcement learning and generative AI.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or a comparable research role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.
