Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical architecture for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and performance at scale.
- Design and implement advanced machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures using Python and modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, researchers, and designersâto translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and tools to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Strong proficiency with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
