Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends that will define the next era of AI.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and evaluate next-generation technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Neuromorphic computing architectures.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate high-level technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Process Optimization: Architect scalable frameworks that reduce development cycles and improve model accuracy for our 2026 product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or strategic technology roles.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and roadmaps for major product releases.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI ethics and governance.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
