Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Define and oversee the end-to-end architecture for our AI-driven quantum processing systems, ensuring scalability and performance optimization.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into neuromorphic computing and error correction in quantum environments.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between classical machine learning models and next-gen quantum hardware interfaces.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Contribute to the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and integration opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex technical requirements into robust solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing development.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Qiskit is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-performance computing environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
