Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems that support business growth.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to integrate into our ecosystem.
- Mentor and guide a team of talented engineers and developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.

- Ensure system security, compliance, and operational efficiency across all platforms.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or IT strategy.
- Proven track record of leading technology transformations in large-scale environments.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, machine learning integration, and cybersecurity principles.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
