Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain high-performance, low-latency backend systems for Project 2026.
- Design scalable microservices and APIs to support rapid AI model integration.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to uphold our engineering excellence standards.
- Optimize database performance and implement robust data caching strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability (99.99% uptime).
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Go or Python, with experience in Java or C#.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Proven track record of improving system scalability and reducing latency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
