Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS/Azure platforms
- Lead migration projects from legacy systems to modern cloud environments
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts for deployment efficiency
- Conduct security assessments and implement robust cloud security frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize cloud performance and costs
- Research and evaluate emerging cloud technologies for strategic implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure certification
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or PowerShell
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud costs and performance
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
