Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of microservices using Java/Spring Boot on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Design RESTful APIs with 99.9% uptime SLAs for high-traffic applications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL and Redis caching strategies
- Conduct security audits and implement OWASP best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (8+ years)
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- AWS/Azure/GCP certification with hands-on cloud architecture experience
