Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/Azure cloud solutions meeting federal compliance standards (FedRAMP)
- Lead migration projects from legacy on-premise systems to cloud environments
- Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Conduct security assessments and implement zero-trust architectures
- Mentor cloud engineers on best practices and emerging technologies
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cloud architecture with 5+ years in AWS/Azure
- Certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
- Experience with federal cloud compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST)
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- Strong background in Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Demonstrated project leadership for enterprise-scale migrations
- Active DoD Secret clearance preferred
