Responsibilities
- Design and implement distributed systems handling 10M+ daily transactions
- Mentor 3+ engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for 99.99% uptime on AWS/GCP
- Lead sprint planning and agile ceremonies for cross-functional teams
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/K8s) and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven track record of architecting high-throughput APIs
- Strong background in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana)
