Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade cloud architectures on AWS/GCP platforms with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead complex cloud migration projects from legacy on-premise environments
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost efficiency
- Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Conduct technical workshops and architecture reviews for C-level stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, PCI-DSS)
- Mentor junior architects and conduct peer code reviews
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cloud architecture experience with AWS/GCP certifications
- Expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and serverless architectures
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Proven track record of leading multi-million dollar cloud transformation projects
- Experience with infrastructure security hardening and compliance auditing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
