Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email, resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the weekend.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and empathy, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Monitor and restock promotional displays to drive sales and engagement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Must be available to work full weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
