Responsibilities
- Lead Data Strategy: Design and implement scalable data models and warehousing solutions to support business intelligence needs across the organization.
- Visualize Insights: Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive stakeholders.
- Optimize Performance: Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement, directly impacting revenue.
- Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Sales) to understand data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.
- Mentorship: Guide junior analysts and data scientists in best practices for SQL querying and statistical analysis.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas/NumPy) is mandatory.
- Tools: Strong command of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex business problems through data-driven decision-making.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our Phoenix, AZ office (Hybrid/On-site).
