Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced analytics solutions using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize clinical workflows and patient experiences
- Develop predictive models for patient risk stratification and resource allocation
- Create executive dashboards and KPI reports for leadership stakeholders
- Maintain data integrity across EHR, claims, and operational datasets
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics or related industry
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI required
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data standards
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business strategies
- Experience with AWS/GCP cloud platforms and EHR systems (Epic/Cerner)
