Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced statistical models to identify market trends and optimize resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional data visualization projects using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with federal clients to develop predictive analytics frameworks for public sector challenges
- Maintain robust data pipelines using Python and SQL to ensure real-time reporting accuracy
- Mentor junior analysts through best practices in data governance and A/B methodology
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with federal contracting or public sector work
- Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL with database optimization
- Expertise in Tableau/Power BI with portfolio of executive-level dashboards
- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related quantitative field
- Clearable federal security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Certification in AWS Data Analytics or Google Data Analytics preferred
- Proven track record translating complex data into actionable policy recommendations
