Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting platforms.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Strong hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
