Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring best coding practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
- Optimize database performance and ensure system security and reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and frontend frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote and hybrid team environment.
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
