Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models to predict customer behavior and optimize business strategies
- Analyze large-scale datasets using Python, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Translate complex findings into compelling visualizations and executive presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy data-driven solutions
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices in data governance
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to validate product improvements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven portfolio of ML projects
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong statistical modeling background with experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS SageMaker or Azure ML)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Data Science Specialty) preferred
