Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics and business intelligence
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Develop scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling data visualizations and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and drive best practices in data science methodologies
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize product performance and user engagement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with proven portfolio of ML projects
- Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and at least one major ML framework (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Strong statistical modeling skills with experience in regression, classification, and clustering
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS SageMaker, BigQuery, or Azure ML)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
