Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to drive business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Design and implement A/B tests for product optimization initiatives
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive reporting
- Maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality across systems
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct technical workshops
- Present findings to C-level stakeholders and non-technical audiences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science or analytics
- Expertise in Python, R, and SQL with proficiency in scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, time series, clustering)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and big data tools
