Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models using Python, R, and SQL for federal and commercial clients
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into technical solutions
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau
- Present findings to C-level stakeholders and technical teams

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
